Warranty

Turbotron Warranty:

Limited Warranty period 3 months from date of sale or 1000 hrs, whichever comes first. (pro-rated for use if over 1 month from date of sale). Unit will be replaced or repaired to OEM standards at no charge if repair work or materials are found defective, and failure was not due to negligence, misapplication, or abuse. Same exclusions apply as factory warranty.

Exclusions-turbines:

Typical factory OEM and finishing industry standard warranty exclusions do not cover failures due to:

Paint or fluid backed up into bearing
Poor quality compressed air.
Un-balanced bell cups
Improper flushing/cleaning procedures (causing solvent back-ups)
Low bearing air pressure (min 70 psi instrument quality bearing air)
Exceeding max rated rpm for bell cup size.
Excessive acceleration forces generated by the robot (or reciprocator, oscillator)

Exclusions - Other components:

Normal wear items
Improper flushing/cleaning
Excessive fluid pressure
